I interned with the UCSB chapter of the Real Food Challenge as a marketing intern as well as aiding with event planning and promotion, and I am committed and passionate about creating positive change toward more sustainable Agrifood systems.  I am a good writer and a quick learner who is most productive in focused, dedicated group work.  I am an active member of Environmental Affairs Board and the 2010-2011 CSSC representative. Our organization is very interested in bringing a cooperative café to our campus and has expanded our network to include collaboration with the Santa Barbara Student Housing Cooperative. I am most interested in getting a better idea of what the students and faculty would like to see on campus and will be taking on developing, administering, and analyzing a campus-wide survey in order to gauge support for the project.
