Sam wakes up in the morning excited about food.  She spent this summer (and past summers) growing veggies and becoming enthused about small scale farming, food cooperatives and other examples agro-justice and community organizing; and she can’t wait to bring some of that energy back to Haverford.  She hopes to build a community of eaters and growers at Haverford College and throughout the surrounding community.  She ardently believes in real food and real people… and nothing makes her happier than the intersection of the two.
