Chelsea Enwall
Major: Recreation
Email: zielzoeken@gmail.com
A dedicated travel junkie and fire spinner, Chelsea spends her time fermenting everything and eating kale. After traveling for two years after high school, (and collecting too many good stories) she found passion in cultivating edible beauty from the land and sharing this love with everyone. She now studies at Western Washington University at the liberal arts school, Fairhaven, and is building her own major in Cooperative Development, majoring in Recreation and minoring in TESOL and Anthropology. She is never too busy for a cup of chai however.
Sara Scott
Major: Economics/Environmental Studies
Email: scoots237@gmail.com
While majoring in Economics/Environmental Studies with a minor in Psychology and upholding a billion and three jobs, Sara finds the time to thrive off good, nutritional foods, incredible people, and a scenic hike. Not only does she have a passion for changing our food systems, she has a passion for learning all that the she can- from agriculture and sustainability, to longboarding and riding motorcycles. She may be a beginner at the guitar, but she’s an Etch A’ Sketch master!
Katlynne Schaumberg
Major: Environmental Studies
Email: schaumk3@students.wwu.edu
When she’s not waxing agricultural wisdom to others, Katlynne is foraging in the wild woods of the Northwest. She’s starting her Sophomore year at Western Washington University and looking to study Environmental Education at Huxley, College of the Environment. Passionate about food, the earth, and holistic well-being, Katlynne is excited to help create a new culture where these are valued.
We met our challenge of 212 monthly donors for the 2012 Year of the Cooperative and raised over $30,000 during our campaign. Sweet!
